Operation Hours:


Tender Loving Early Childcare Center is open on Monday through Friday.

Hours are 6:00 a.m. -6:00pm

Extended care is from 6:00pm-8:00p.m. for additional $40.00 per week.

Saturday hours: 8:00am-2:00pm

Documents for Enrollment

In order for a student to be enrolled in care the following documents are needed:

  • Complete Immunization and Physical form (Commonwealth School health Entrance Form )
  • Current Immunization Record
  • Birth Certificate
  • Custodial Documentation
  • Tender Loving Childcare Registration Form
  • Tender Loving Childcare Enrollment Contract
  • Request for Administration of Medication Form

Medical Documents


All medical documents physicals (well care check) and immunizations must be updated by parent or guardian and due the mandated allowance time by the local licensing services for the state.

Please see administration for discounts on military and multifamily! Please contact the center for rates and registration fees.


If you have any questions or problems please see administration. Enrollment forms are located at the center and online. Administration will contact client’s on your child(ren)’s enrollment status and documents. Please remember registration and tuition will be due at enrollment. Please understand that Completion of form(s) does not guarantee a placement spot in the center.


Tender Loving Early Learning ChildCare Center reserve the right to refuse to continue enrollment to a child/parent/guardian who behavior is disruptive and a danger to the children or our staff.
